Board of Directors

The company is headed by a Board of Directors whose members are appointed for a 4-year term, with the possibility of re-election for subsequent 4-year terms, with the exception of the first members of the Board of Directors, whose term of office is 2 years The company has concluded professional liability insurance contracts for each member of the Board of Directors.

Alin Adrian Dociu

Chairman of the Board and Deputy General Manager

One of the two Founders, currently also holds the position of Deputy General Manager. Mr. Dociu graduated from the University of Ploiesti, Faculty of Wells Drilling and Exploitation, where of the Institute of Petroleum and Gas in Ploiești, where he obtained his engineering degree in the Petroleum profile, specialization of well drilling and exploitation of oil and gas fields.

Constantin Cătălin Vasile

Vice-chairman of the Board and General Manager

One of the One of the two Founders, currently also holds the position of General Manager. Mr. Vasile is a graduate of the Faculty of Construction, Machinery and Equipment of the Institute of Construction Bucharest and holds the engineer’s degree in the Mechanical profile, specialization Technological Utilities, Department of Specialization Technological Utilities for Construction.

Daniela Mândru - Petrovici

Independent Member. Non-executive

Is an independent board member of the company since February 23, 2022. Ms. Mandru graduated from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, Faculty of Sociology and Politology and has an MBA degree awarded by the Romanian-Canadian MBA program of ASE's Graduate School of Management.

Vlad Alexandru Deliu

Independent Member. Non-executive

Is an independent board member of the company since February 23, 2022. Mr. Deliu holds the CFA Institute Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) title, is PRM certified by the Professional risk Manager’s Association and graduated from the University of Economic Studies (ASE). Mr. Deliu started his career in investment business by analysing business models, financial statements, and management plans. Years of interaction with top managers and board members from CEE have provided Mr. Deliu with experience in improving organizational processes, optimizing costs and configuring products.

Ion-Lucian Mihalache

Independent Member. Non-executive

Is an independent board member of the company. Mr. Mihalache is a graduate of the Petroleum and Gas University of Ploiesti, Faculty of Letters and Sciences, where he obtained an economist’s degree. He was actively involved in the entrepreneurial environment, with over 20 years of experience in various business areas and successfully operates on the capital market since 1996.
