AQUILA achieves the maximum score for investor communication for the third consecutive year, according to the VEKTOR by ARIR indicator

AQUILA (symbol AQ), the market leader in the field of integrated distribution and logistics services for consumer goods in Romania with a regional presence, achieves the maximum score of 10 in the VEKTOR by ARIR evaluation for the third consecutive year.

The investor communication indicator for companies listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, VEKTOR by ARIR, is calculated for the Main Market companies based on 10 criteria: Financial results conferences; Investor access to conferences; Availability of recordings/transcripts for teleconferences on the issuer’s website; Bilingual conferences – Romanian and English; Publishing financial results in an easily processable format; Non-financial reporting; Presentation of the company’s management; Company policies – remuneration, dividends, and investor communication policies; Events dedicated to investors; Investor presentations.
